One star for every person on their phone in the men's locker room at any given time. Some of them even bring their phones into the wet areas… yes, even the showers! Some of them keep the sound at an audible volume for everyone to hear. Some of them think it's normal to take a call in the sauna rather than use their legs to move their bodies somewhere else. Some of them are so absorbed in their screen lives they won't even lower their camera lens when people walk past them in states of undress. If only reps on your phone got you jacked! I know it feels like you might cease to exist if you have to spend 10 minutes cleaning your body or sitting in a hot closet without content engagement, but that's actually a myth. I guess the signage stating that the public changing room is a no phone zone does a disservice by neglecting the very important piece of information that it's actually possible to live for short periods of time without the device. But just like the sauna, don't push it too long!

My new favorite gym when visiting Burlington. The equipment is spaced so you don't feel cramped. Everything I needed and more. Rugby was always on one of the tvs which is a win for me. Very friendly staff and other patrons. Felt like a community of common goals.

Very nice location. Six Matrix squat racks, a Rogue combo rack and a Rogue deadlift platform. Clean and spacious. Chalk available. Mostly Oly bars but a couple of power bars are around.
