I’ve had the pleasure of capturing a wedding at The Engineers Club in Baltimore, and it did not disappoint! The historic architecture, grand staircase, and timeless ballroom create an elegant and romantic atmosphere that’s a dream for photos. The warm lighting and rich details of the venue add so much character to every shot. If you’re looking for a sophisticated Baltimore wedding venue with both charm and history, this is it!

Came here for newly licensed engineer night to celebrate new Professional Engineers. This place is amazing from the moment you step in. The architecture of each room has its own story. The food served was very good.
You can tell there is a lot of history. It has connections back to the B&O railroad. They also host a variety of events here including weddings.
As an engineer I would recommend checking this place out. If you're looking for a venue this would also be amazing.

I attended the first of several planned Saturday night a la carte dinners in the coming fiscal year. My guest and I arrived early for our reservation, and my guest was awestruck at the Garrett Jacobs Mansion grand, rich, wood paneled entry foyer with beautiful stained glass. I showed them around just the first floor, and their reaction in each of the massive rooms was priceless. We had a warm-up drink from a bar set up in the library, and then we're seated in the drawing room at the "community table." The community table is available for any parties who choose not to have private seating but to sit with other members to meet and talk with during dinner. After being introduced by staff to our table mates as needed, we ordered appetizers, dinner, and dessert from the diverse menu while live music from a jazz pianist gently echoed through the cavernous late 19th century mansion. My surf and turf – strip steak and a skewer of shrimp and scallops with potatoes and asparagus – was expertly prepared according to my wishes. For dessert, I chose coffee and an apple tart with vanilla ice cream, a club favorite. Dinner was enjoyed at a slow pace with laughter and conversation among new and old friends at the table. When dinner ended we completed a partial tour of the mansion including the lower level main dining room and member bar before walking out into the steamy Baltimore evening to our ride share ride home (reimbursed up to $20 by the club i might add). Kudos to the Engineering Society of Baltimore and staff, you knocked it out of the park again!
