We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Evergreen! The space is gorgeous and works with any theme. The team at The Evergreen were all very kind and helpful, from our very first venue tour all the way through to the end of our event.
Ginger was an incredible Day of Coordinator! She was organized, communicative, and helped bring our vision of our wedding to life. On the day of the wedding she was so helpful and attentive – bringing us drinks, keeping on track with timeline, helping direct guests, and just overall creating an absolutely seamless experience. She is so kind and easy to work with and we highly recommend using her for day of coordination services.
All of the staff on site for our wedding were very kind and made our wedding an amazing day that we will never forget.

We changed wedding venues a few months before our event and the difference from our previous venue made our experience so much easier. Not only was the space gorgeous, but the staff was so kind and helpful and their list of vendors is incredible. They have the wedding thing so dialed in. The day of coordinator we used through the Evergreen (Mack) was also our favorite…we will never forget her. We highly recommend the space and the staff.

The Evergreen was the PERFECT venue for our Portland wedding. It's so conveniently located in the heart of the city, and the beautiful space made for unforgettable moments like a dramatic bridal entrance from the mezzanine. Our guests loved cocktail hour at the Loyal Legion too. We had a blast working with the event director Ginger. She provided seamless coordination that allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy the best day of our lives.
