Stepping into The Exchange Regency Residence, you immediately feel a great vibe. It's got such a good ambiance, really warm and sophisticated. But honestly, what made my stay so nice and warmed was the people. The staff here are absolutely lovely; they’re genuinely friendly and you can tell they actually care about your comfort. From checking in to just passing someone in the hall, everyone had a big smile and was ready to help. It truly felt like they went the extra mile to make the whole experience smooth and personalized.

When i was in the Exchange regency hot hotel all the staff were super great and friendly. The room was clean, smelled good, and everything was well-organized. They also provided complimentary. As soon as you enter, you can already see a nice view — depending on the room you book. Overall, it was a great experience. We’ll definitely come back.
