It's a gorgeous venue for shows and musicals. The staff was very helpful. Sounds great. We sat on the upper level. Snacks and drinks right outside where we sat. And bathrooms are easily accessible.

This place is amazing. I doubt I'm going to be able to make it back to do a tour before I leave the city, but if you get a chance I would recommend doing it. Everything that you've heard about how magical this place is is true. It might even be better than you heard!

Gorgeous venue. Definitely worth coming to see a show here for the experience. Venue parking is right across the street for a quick access. Although leaving the parking garage will take you some time after the show unless you are on the lower levels. Overall it felt like a well-oiled machine getting you in and out of the venue which does enhance the experience, by minimizing travel frustrations.
My seat was BALC MZ04 EE 108 which put me a little higher up but I had a nice centered view of the stage.
