My husband and I had our wedding at the Fairmont Austin last year, and we could not be happier with our experience from start to finish. We worked closely with Robin, Tabytha, and Lauren to tour the property, book event spaces, create a room block, and coordinate with caterers and decorators, and we are so grateful for how incredible the entire team was. It truly seemed like they were honored to host our event and were so excited for our special weekend too. The property and rooms are gorgeous, bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. Our guests loved staying there, and we personally had an amazing experience hosting our wedding on-site. Many of our guests enjoyed breakfast downstairs and loved the variety, while the lobby and lobby bar became the perfect spot to meet friends and family. The front desk and valet staff were so kind and accommodating, even when a few guests accidentally left items behind, everything was quickly recovered.

When the weather didn’t cooperate for our outdoor ceremony, Lauren went above and beyond to help us adjust seamlessly. The team’s flexibility, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.

We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including several room upgrades, a chef who worked closely with us to perfect one of our favorite dishes, vendor parking passes, late checkouts, and the staff’s support in incorporating meaningful cultural elements into our celebration.

Overall, the Fairmont Austin truly exceeded our expectations. The staff, service, and setting made our wedding weekend everything we had hoped for and more. We can’t recommend them highly enough! We can’t wait to stay there again in the future, and use the spa again too which is amazing!

Our stay at the Fairmont at Austin was great. Our room was comfortable and the welcome dessert was a very nice touch. Room service was prompt and delicious. We stayed on the Gold floor and the lounge was also great. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast and coffee bar. The canapés in the evening were a welcome snack after a day out and about or having been down at the pool. The staff in the gold lounge (Maria and Veronica among others) provided excellent service. They were so sweet to our son and made our stay even better than it already was.

From the moment we arrived, the Fairmont Austin impressed us as an urban oasis. The entire building is stunning, and our room was beautiful—luxurious, spacious, and impeccably designed.

The amenities here are top-tier, especially the amazing pool deck. It offers sweeping skyline views and was a perfect place to relax. The thoughtful detail of providing sunscreen included for guests was a small touch that spoke volumes about their hospitality!

Speaking of details, the exceptional service and attention to details from every member of the staff made our trip unforgettable. Whether it was the concierge or housekeeping, everyone was professional and genuinely kind.

The location is also perfect. We loved that it was walking distance to both downtown Austin and the riverfront, making it easy to explore the city's best attractions without needing a car.
