I recently moved out of state, but lived on the 21st floor of the 505 before moving away and was so beyond happy with my experience there! The amenities are amazing, my view was so difficult to leave, and the staff was amazing. I really felt like I was part of a community and made several friends. Choosing to live without a car and living at the 505 was so easy…I could walk to work in 5 minutes and to Broadway, several restaurants, bars, stores, etc… Love the 505 and only have happy memories of it!

We interviewed every condo building within 5 mile radius of downtown core, let's be honest, a building is only a building; it's the People in a building who make a home.
Starting w/ Mr . G who does more for the city of Nashville than some of our elected officials.. to the individuals who run this company,
they do a great job of making this building not only a "dwelling" but a fabulous home for their clients.. in closing , if you want to feel at home, vs. just another face in Nashville Entertainment District/Downtown, your search is over, 505 is the 5 star home you are looking for… #grateful
