I partnered with Atrium in 2023 for risk management and remote assistance with rentals. I deal with Marcus Tan mostly; Tanon has also been very helpful and responsive. Marcus goes beyond basic lease coordination activity. I frequently adjust my projections based on the info he provides; I'm usually 4-6 months forward looking. I often rely on his insight regarding economic conditions which makes him a key asset in Orlando. Communication is been prompt and accurate. My overall experience has been positive regarding screenings, repairs, and occupancies. Property owners would do well to seek Atrium's assistance with one or more properties.

We rented a property for 4 years that was managed by Atrium Realty. Jose Ramirez was our property manager. We also interacted with Marsala Reardon. They were excellent to us. They have high standards for renters which is great for property owners but were also clear in their communication of expectations to us. Any time we had a maintenance issue, they were prompt and thorough in responding.

When it was time to move out, they provided clear instructions. They inspected the property quickly and gave us our results and returned our deposit within 4 days – that's a record for me as a renter. They also gave me a thoughtful tour of their office when I picked up my check. Classy.
