We originally hired Charlotte Garden Party, JO Carlisle and her team for my 40th birthday. With two small kids, I didn’t want the stress of going out to a restaurant, and they made everything effortless. The food and experience were absolutely perfect.
I mentioned that I wished I could hire JO to cook for us all the time — and that’s how we discovered their in-home family meal prep option. It has truly been life-saving. As busy working parents, having healthy, delicious meals ready at home with no cooking or cleanup has been a game changer. Our kids are eating a wider variety of foods with far less processed food, and everything is tailored to our dietary needs.
I cannot recommend JO Carlisle and the Charlotte Garden Party team enough for catering or meal prep. Highly recommend.

Chef Jo and her team created an exquisite multi-course dinner for our 20 guest wine tasting in our home! Chef Jo curated the menu to perfectly accompany each wine, welcoming my input throughout the planning process. Her communication was excellent, as was her attention to detail. The platings were absolutely delicious and each was so beautiful! My guests are still talking about how perfect the evening was! The Garden Party CLT made the entire process fun, relaxed, and delicious– from planning to cleanup. I recommend them without hesitation! Thanks, Chef Jo!

The Garden Party CLT did an outstanding job and truly exceeded all of my expectations for the dinner they prepared for a bachelorette party on Lake Norman. Jo and her team were absolutely incredible—friendly, accommodating, and they kept the entire evening relaxed and enjoyable. The food was phenomenal, and the care and detail put into every dish did not go unnoticed.
