Soft product and the staff here are impeccable!! I've stayed in many hotels and this was a standout… Miss Dawson and her staff really did so much and it made for a memorable stay.
The location is great adjacent to the Fox theater and a bunch of good restaurants nearby. Olympic Park and the Coca Cola stuff is walkable in 20 minutes and my 71 year old mom had no problem.
Hard product of the hotel.. Well it's 115 years old. It's a little banged up in the rooms. Had marks on the walls and some missing trim, but everything was CLEAN. Absolutely spotless. Bedding was on point as well.
Can't compliment the staff enough… Absolutely wonderful!!

I was here for a women's conference. The only room I saw was a penthouse room used for the conference as I live in Atlanta 2 miles from the hotel. The penthouse rooms were comfortable and conducive to conversation. There were minimal snacks, which may have been brought by the conference organizers. No Hotel service ore staff we're apparent. The conference began on Thursday and continues through Sunday brunch. It is a perfect location. Parking prices in the area go up to 75.00. I understand there was a special conference deal of 25.00 for hotel parking. A friend dropped us off at the hotel and parked on the street for free.

Amazing architecture! The suite wasn't super clean when I arrived. Long wait for the elevators, but it was built in 1911, so I'll give them some grace. Breakfast was fantastic. Coffee at the outside diner took a minute but was efficient…. like Starbucks but maybe even better. The downstairs "speakeasy" bar is phenomenal! Overall, it was a great experience.
