I stayed at the Glass Light Hotel & Gallery in Norfolk and absolutely loved it. The hotel has such a unique vibe, modern, artsy, and beautifully designed. It is a little on the smaller side, but that actually made it feel super cozy and intimate. Everywhere you turn, the aesthetic is stunning, from the lobby to the rooms.

My room was clean, comfortable, and felt so peaceful. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm and creative, which made the whole stay feel special. It honestly didn’t feel like a regular hotel, more like a boutique art experience.

If you want a stylish and relaxing place to stay in Norfolk, I definitely recommend the Glass Light Hotel. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This is the best hotel in the marriot collection. Food, service, theme, I feel like I’m in another country when I come here. I’ve stayed in Marriot’s all around the world and all over the states. I prefer autographs for that European feel and this autograph tops them all. I’m not a big Norfolk fan so im thankful for this hotel to make all my days and nights better when I do come here. Great work hotel staff!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, but on this trip I experienced the best customer service so far. From the moment I arrived, the valet Joseph stood out. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional every single day.

Every staff member I interacted with, even briefly in passing, was welcoming. Whether at the elevators or in the hallways, employees always greeted me with a smile and a hello. The ladies at reception were especially amazing. Naya (sorry if the spelling is wrong but it rhymes with Maya) not only provided excellent service but also remembered me by name, which makes a difference.

The lobby and art gallery are beautiful and always enjoyable to walk through. I haven’t tried the restaurant since the menu is very seafood heavy, but it is always busy, so I assume the food must be good.

As for the rooms, they are fine. Nothing particularly special, but I continue to choose this hotel every time I am in town because of the location, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.

Overall, this stay was the best one yet thanks to the people who work here. I look forward to returning again.
