One of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a refurbished hotel from the 1920’s with an out of commission outdoor glass elevator. We stayed in a king suite on the 16th floor with a great view of the city including the capitol building.

Super fun historic hotel. Rooms are huge and so nice when traveling with more than 2. Love that the double rooms have two actual king beds, so nice! The quirkiness of the brand is a delight and won’t appeal to everyone, but a fun change from bland and boring. It is in a perfect location. Easy walking to Brown and River walk. Tons of restaurants as well. Parking is self parking only in a covered garage and $34 a day. It’s right next to hotel. There is no valet. As it is an older hotel, the heating/cooling struggles. Room did. It didn’t get cooler than 74, but nice ceiling fan in sleeping area. I’m sure the winter is either super hot or colder. The only downside was the staff, no one seemed happy to be there.

Lobby vibes are very cool. Bed is extremely comfortable & location is very convenient. Bathroom is tight. Shower drain is temperamental and I dont like standing in water, tg i always bring shower shoes but still annoying. Reviews about outside noise are not exaggerating. Im used to noise so it didn't bother me, but you can hear literally everything. Even regular conversation from people outside and I was on the 5th floor.
Upstairs hallways look old, a little spooky but I kind of liked it. Staff was also very friendly and professional.
