Whether it was the doorman, the front desk, or the housekeeping team, every member of the Peninsula staff was genuinely friendly, highly attentive, and proactive in making our stay comfortable.
The accommodations themselves were a highlight. Our room was remarkably spacious, providing a luxurious retreat right in the heart of Manhattan. It didn't feel like a standard city hotel room; rather, it felt like a large, private apartment. The attention to detail extended to the amenities, which included the latest in-room technology.
