Our first visit to The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta was absolutely amazing! We were celebrating my birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Andre and Kory were so kind and welcoming — when they found out it was my birthday, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, which made the evening even more special.
We loved dining upstairs — the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, and the wagyu meatballs were absolutely delicious, especially paired with a perfectly crafted old fashioned. Every detail made the night feel memorable and luxurious. We can’t wait to come back and stay even longer next time!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Everything was perfect, from the valet, to the front desk gentleman (Andre), from our server for breakfast, to the employees in passing! Everyone was delightfully polite & helpful. I left something in the refrigerator & had no problems retrieving it after hours of us checking out! The breakfast was amazing. The charcuterie board in my room was delicious and the champagne was perfect! I have no complaints and will be back again for another staycation!! Thank you all for making our special day perfect!
