I very much enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect and I was able to walk to many locations. The concierge John was very helpful including helping me book a food tour. All staff members I interacted with were pleasant and extremely helpful. I love my room and it was very clean. When I did have an issue they sent someone up to address it promptly. I also liked the fact they would text me and ask if I needed service or anything additional daily. I would highly recommend.

Stayed it this hotel twice on business. Excellent experience both times. Caleb assisted at the front desk and was very helpful when I made a reservation mistake. Get access to the Grand Club if you can. Great breakfast and evening food and drinks, and Denisse and Jessica are the best and will take great care of you.

We got the pleasure of staying at this hotel for our anniversary and for a convention weekend this past weekend and I cannot praise the staff at this hotel enough. Everyone we talked to went above and beyond and always had a smile on their faces. Valet was quick and friendly, the check-in process was flawless and the wonderful young woman who helped us (I regretfully don't remember anyone's names) even upgraded our room for us, which blew me away with how nice it ended up being! The food at The Grange was to die for, I'll be thinking about those potatoes from breakfast every day until I can have them again. And again, I cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone at the resteraunt wished us a happy anniversary and they even gave us complimentary mimosas! At check-out, the young man who helped us was so friendly and joked with us about keeping the room as warm or cold as we'd like until we come back! We won't be in Nashville again until next year, but my husband and I both agreed that this hotel is worth every penny and will be where we try to stay every time we're in town. 100/10, 5 stars, best stay we've had in a very long time, if not ever.
