Stayed for 2 nights and had a really good experience. The property is close to the airport and not far from MOA, which made the location very convenient.
We arrived past midnight and the check-in was smooth and quick. The staff who assisted us was polite, kind, and helpful, and we were even upgraded to a huge suite. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, and I genuinely slept well. The bathroom was big, and I especially loved the shower – great water pressure that honestly felt like a mini massage.
Breakfast was great with plenty of options. I didn’t get to use the pool or gym, but they looked relaxing and well-maintained. Staff throughout the stay were friendly and polite.
The only minor feedback I have is the delivery of our luggage to the room after check-in. It took more than 30 mins, and since we arrived past midnight, we were already very sleepy and just wanted to shower and rest. I had to call reception and even go down to the lobby before they realised the luggage still hadn’t been sent up.
Overall, a comfortable stay at a good price. Would happily return.

We had an excellent dining experience at Café Riviera – the Heritage Hotel Manila. The food felt warm and confident—every dish tasted well-prepared, generous, and comforting. The whole place runs with a calm rhythm that makes you want to stay longer than planned.
Huge commendation to the staff who made the visit even better: Gemma, Margie, Lovely, Eva, Viron, DJ, Chef Edwin and Chef Michael. Their service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely professional. They made the experience feel personal, not just procedural.
Highly recommended for both hotel guests and anyone nearby looking for good food and great service.

We are greatly satisfied with the dinner buffet experience we had recently at Riviera Café, at The Heritage Hotel. We were celebrating a special occasion for my partner's mother, and the evening was made exceptional by your team. The food quality was outstanding, particularly the seafood. The freshness was incredibly obvious, and the made-to-order preparation, selected directly from the display, was a highlight. We would like to extend our highest commendation to the service staff for their proactive and attentive service, despite the moderate crowd. Specifically, Ms. Gemma, Lito, Eva, Allysa, Vic, and Viron, Furthermore, I would also like to commend the chefs on duty that night, they are extending help to service staffs to cater requests from guests which represents going an extra mile to hospitality. We will definitely come back in the future to celebrate a special occasion 🥳
