Love this place! Everything about this place is luxurious. If you can swing it – it's worth a stay!

The staff is attentive and anticipates your needs before you even know you have them. I've stayed there twice now, and both times we had a great time.

    I'll be back for sure!

Walking into this hotel’s lobby always takes your breath away, which is one of the many reasons we keep coming back. The rooms are great truly nothing to complain about. We do miss the Capitol Grill restaurant that used to be in the basement; the new option is decent for breakfast, but the food feels industrialized and pre-prepared rather than freshly cooked to order.
The staff are consistently nice and helpful, which adds to the experience. On our last visit, we enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the lobby before a night out, and the live piano player elevated the atmosphere even further. A memorable touch that made the evening special.

Went to High Tea at the Hermitage Hotel after many years of wanting to attend! They only host it on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm. It is a bit pricey given what you get from the tea. I paid more here than I did at very well known high-tea spots in London! For $165 a person, we each got a pot of tea, and a tower of small sandwiches, scones and desserts. The scones were delicious but I was disappointed at how few sandwiches there were to eat! We all left still hungry afterwards. In August they dedicated tea to the Women’s Suffrage movement and had a women dressed in historic garments and storytelling throughout the tea, which was a nice touch. The room were tea was in was very bare. I was expecting more out of this historic hotel! The entry way was beautiful and the staff was very nice. Valet is free if you are doing the tea!
