I recently booked The Hidden Palace for two very special occasions — my baby shower and my daughter’s first birthday — and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Lorena, the venue manager, was absolutely amazing. She gave me a thorough tour of the space, took her time explaining all the details, and made sure I felt confident and supported throughout the entire planning process.

What truly stood out was how available and responsive Lorena was. Any time I had a question or needed help, she was just a message away. Her professionalism and kindness made both events run smoothly and stress-free. She really helped bring my themed party ideas to life.

The venue itself is beautiful — clean, newly remodeled, and tastefully modern. It’s a versatile space that can accommodate a wide range of event styles, and it made a stunning backdrop for both of my celebrations. Plus, the pricing felt very fair, especially compared to other venues I had researched.

A huge special thank-you to Lorraina, who was the perfect coordinator. She was organized, patient, and always one step ahead, making everything feel effortless. Thanks to her, our day ran smoothly and we never had to worry about a single detail.

The decorations were absolutely perfect — even better than we imagined. The entire venue looked stunning and created the most beautiful atmosphere for our ceremony and reception.

I was referred to The Hidden Palace while looking for a venue for my daughter’s baby shower. After our first visit we knew this was the one. Raul was absolutely perfect. He addressed all my questions immediately and definitely made sure my dinosaur vision came to life. The day of the shower was such an easy process from setting up to taking down. Raul and his team were there to assist with everything we needed. The taco bar was phenomenal, the bartender was fabulous and the servers were excellent. The venue is absolutely gorgeous.
I definitely recommend The Hidden Palace for any special occasions. I know I will contact Raul for future parties and events. Thank you for a perfect day!
