Beautiful hotel. Service was great and had no complaints except room service got our order wrong twice and we had to wait almost an hour between each delivery. Bathroom was a little small in the room but that makes sense since it's an old building. It was right downtown with a beautiful view of the river. Within walking distance of a lot of food, shops, and entertainment. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

I have had an amazing experience with my stay. The service of the staff is amazing. My server/bartender Katie made breakfast a great experience. Her outgoing personality and bubbly energy made me feel like I was very important. I would definitely recommend to anyone a stay at this hotel.

I was here for six nights for a conference. Very clean and friendly staff overall. House keeping very friendly and kind . Front desk very welcoming. My rating as always is 5, I love Hilton and have been a member for many years and will continue choosing Hilton when away from Home . Diego at front desk gets a 5 star in his customer service. He is polite and very kind and absolutely professional.
