What a lovely hotel this is, right in the heart of EP downtown. We had an overnight here on a recent road trip, specifically selecting due to them being big dog friendly. From the moment we pulled up we found the staff here to be so warm and welcoming… Valet team, front desk and housekeeping!

We had a nice large room on the 16th floor and it gave us a view across the downtown area. The room was clean, comfortable with great sleep quality.

The building is really beautiful and a must see is the stained glass ceiling. The area around the hotel is very walkable with restaurants, a park and some shops a couple blocks away. Could not be more pleased with our stay!

Hotel Paso Del Norte is absolutely stunning! The building is full of history and has been beautifully restored, with the stained-glass dome being a real highlight. The rooms are elegant, clean, and comfortable, and the location downtown makes it easy to explore El Paso on foot.

The staff truly make the stay special—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Dining at the hotel is also a treat, especially at Sabor where the food and atmosphere are excellent.

This is easily one of the best hotels in El Paso, perfect for both business and leisure. A wonderful blend of historic charm and modern luxury—I can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing historic hotel and architectural masterpiece. This place exemplifies the greatness of Marriott’s Autograph brand. My standard king room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Enjoyed walking around the first two floors and thought it could not get any better until I went up to the terrace and pool on the tenth floor. The staff was exceedingly polite and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Experience ended with a courtesy ride to the airport… will be returning!
