Gallier Hall is a beautiful building on Saint Charles Avenue, designed by the renowned architect James Gallier. The building was built in 1853 and after some controversy later opened as the New Orleans City Hall. It’s been painstakingly restored to it’s former glory and today it serves as a venue for weddings, receptions and balls.

I'm so happy I got to see this gem. It should be open to the public more often. Guides were so helpful.

Beautiful and expensive piece of New Orleans history that is great for any type of event that you might be planning with multiple floors, tons of Art, and multiple points of interest all throughout this impressive and very old building in New Orleans Central business district right off of Poydras Street. My sister and I personally had a photoshoot here, while another event was getting planned, and this is also where the city's celebrated its 300th anniversary a few years ago. Needless to say it's a pretty cool old building that's great for whatever big event you might be planning.
