My father was transported upon release from the hospital to the wrong address. When he told the driver it was the wrong address the driver told him he can only bring him to the address he was given. The driver did not attempt to call anyone for further instruction NOR did he offer to keep my father warm in the vehicle until I got there. So my 70 year old father was left post seizure , subdermal hematoma on his front porch in 23 degree weather at 6:30 at night . He did not have a key , or his wallet. He thankfully had a cell phone. Thankfully I got there before he fell or froze to death. I would not trust this company to transport anyone. I’m so disgusted! Absolute negligence! I wish I could rate them a negative number or a zero.
