I was very pleased staying here for the one evening I had booked. Upon arrival, I was offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Check in was super smooth. Staff was super friendly and informative. The restaurant they have, Relish, had amazing food and service. I had the standard king room and it did not disappoint. After the last hotel I stayed in, I was just grateful this place had working AC, a TV, mini fridge/microwave, and SOAP. The room was clean and bed was big and comfy. The lobby had a mini bar with snacks and drinks to purchase. Checkout went smoothly as well. It's about a 15-20 min drive from downtown Ann Arbor. This place feels like luxury without the luxury price tag. I would recommend this place to anybody traveling to the Ann Arbor area.

Attended a business conference held at The Kensington and it was a wonderful experience all around. Every single person from the check in staff to the cleaning staff were friendly and cheerful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, plus some! William was especially kind and enthusiastic and remembered us every time we walked in! We felt very appreciated as patrons.

-lots of free onsite parking with free in and out access
-room was underwhelming for the sky high price
-shower gel was empty but the front desk associate was able to give us some bar soap
-the toilet suction was minimal and the water level was higher than usual. Might be a good idea to get that checked out.
-overall it was good experience
