Had a great stay with an amazing Taal Lake view that’s worth waking up early for. The lobby has a live pianist (also during breakfast), which gives a classy, relaxing vibe. Food was solid, room service was prompt, and the basics delivered: stable internet, very cold aircon, and a hot shower. The glass window for the shower adds a cheeky touch—there’s a pull-down shade for privacy when needed. Our only issue was the curtain motor not working perfectly, but staff were helpful and everything else ran smoothly.

Location is a win: Conti’s is within the property, and it’s an easy walk to 7-Eleven, Balay Dako, and Charito by Bag of Beans. Overall, an enjoyable experience—I’d stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful location. Going through needed renovation. Room needs updated. Occasionally smell of stagnant water and plug ins not working. The morning buffet was delicious and each day had a variety of Filipino food. Friendly staff. Has bakery with delicious pasteries and small restaurant/bistro. Wonderful views of Lake Taal.

Overlooking a forested hillside and Lake Taal, a caldera formed by the Taal Volcano, this polished hotel on a bustling thoroughfare lies 27 km from the Pan-Philippine Highway. Streamlined rooms offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus minibars and glass-enclosed bathrooms. Upgraded rooms come with balconies; some include lake views and whirlpool tubs. Suites have living areas, and upgraded 1- to 2-bedroom suites feature separate living rooms. Parking and breakfast are free. There's a casual restaurant, and an outdoor infinity pool with sea views. Other amenities include an indoor pool and a gym, plus a game room and a kids' play room.
