I recently started staying here pretty often after quitting my job and exploring Orlando. I love it here. Very high tech which makes this super easy. I love how cozy and modern it is at the same time. Everyone is attentive so i give props. My girl JAYDA is outstanding, the best behind the desk. Shout out to all of you. Highly recommend.

Modern high end hotel very near the Orlando airport. Located in the Lake Nona development with office buildings and a large gym (that hotel guests can use free) nearby. Hotel also has its own gym. Nice pool area. Also beautiful greenery area out back where about 100 people show up for yoga every evening. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and bright, with cutting edge electronic room controls. Commode is one of the automated washer/dryer kind. Nespresso in room. My only problems were noise coming from a poolside disco bothered me so much I had to switch rooms (but I was apparently the first person who ever experienced this (?)). Also the high tech tablet for controlling the room didn't dim at night but was the only clock in the room so I left it on but it was distracting. Oh yeah, big free parking garage (rare for high end hotels these days). On site restaurants are good. We tried Bacan and Garni. Bacan is high end designer dishes which are too light for me so we ordered a cheese plate for dessert. Garni has typical breakfast/lunch type faire. Service is good.

Wonderful hotel experience, highly recommend if you want a more elevated top notch experience! Customer front desk service was extremely attentive and constantly checking in to see how they can elevate my experiences there via text chat. Self parking is FREE and secured! Rooms were extremely clean and tidy; house maids turned over our room to even include organizing my bathroom items! They even have a bidet toilet there, completely separated from the shower room which my wife loves. We stayed here to visit universal studio and the drive from this hotel wasn’t too bad at all. If you’re an Amex Platinum Card holder, you get additional perks and benefits staying here! Overall, some of the better hotel experiences I have, top 5 in my book for the price you pay, and I travel 10-15 different hotels a month. Hoping they keep the prices here relatively the same and cheaper than the resort counter parts as they continue to develop the surrounding area!
