I lived here for two years in 2022 & 2023. The staff were always incredibly helpful and nice. The location is pretty good, and will probably get better as the downtown area gets better. When I lived there I had a few things that I don't miss in my new place. I don't miss the "loft style" low walls. If there are multiple people in the same apartment privacy can be an issue and noise too from your roommates. Noise as a whole in the building was pretty good though (like from neighbors, outside etc.). I don't miss the bathtubs. I never really liked the way the bathrooms were setup. I don't miss the parking situation. The lot has tiny spaces and people don't seem to mind opening their doors right into your car. Keeping your car from being dinged up takes some strategic planning. I had one of the apartments facing west with a wall of windows. This was amazing for sunsets! I was taking pictures out my window almost daily. However, in the summer you are going to need to keep the curtains closed most of the day because your apartment will get very warm and the AC wont keep up without closing the curtains. Overall I give it 5 stars because I was treated well, maintenance was always very quick to fix things, and the building is as safe as you are going to find.

I've been living here for 8 months, and I love it here! I have more pride put into this apartment than I have in any other apartment I've lived in. The apartment is spacious, modern, has updated appliances, the location is ideal. I have a nice gym, a large rear patio with a BBQ grill that I can use at my leisure. More importantly the people, the staff! 24 hour concierge staff that is here for any issues that might arise to help take in deliveries etc. The leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the application process. A wonderful sense of community here! I highly recommend The metropolitan Lofts to anyone looking for a comfortable convenient place to live!

What a great place to live! Lilly, Kami and the rest of the staff are just wonderful. We toured many apartment, each one unique and furnished quite well. Looking forward to staying here many months.
