I lived here from December 2020 to June 2024. They were one of the best landlords I ever rented from. They were always improving the property, and very quick to respond to maintenance requests. The office staff were always very nice and helpful. I have good memories living here on the top floor. My apartment was very nice. Good value for money, And walking distance to many things. Rent increases were always tiny, I think one year it actually went down. They seemed to value long-term residents.

    Maintenance

I had a maintenance/electrical issue in the 2 bedrooms and living room area and it was handled within the timeframe given (which was 1-2 days). It was nothing major, or serious by any means… it ended up actually being something I could have fixed easily but I am not good with electrical matters. The Maintenance Supervisor, who is new/just started a few months ago, (sorry I totally forgot his name) was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and got everything handled within 30 minutes (probably less honestly). Very professional and nice! Thank you!

The layout of the apartments is nice enough. We had issues with a neighbor and noise complaints over the course of around 4-6 months. After several attempts with ample amounts of recorded evidence (which happened all hours of the day and night), over both phone call and email as well as reaching out to the building security (as directed by the management staff), there was consistently no change. We were met with an attitude by office staff after following all procedures. The office also frequently closes amenities (pool, gym) and comes into your apartment every other month for a ridiculous procedures (filter, tune up for ac, dryer filter clean out, fire alarm batteries, carpet check??) that could all be done at once. Similar to the maintenance emails get sent out seemingly at random and sort of condensed into one large message making them extremely frequent. The scheduling shows no care for residence time and only what is more convenient for the office staff. The in unit washer stayed broken for two months as they said they lost the first work order for it. With all this in mind we had no issue with the prior office staff before management was changed to Cushman and Wakefield.
