First time at Grooming Loft for our 5mo+ dachshund and she came out pretty and happy! As Terra squirmed with nail buffering at home, we didn’t dare to try it further.
The staff were very responsive and sent us many updates during and after the grooming session, as we were held up and could only pick her up much later 🥹
Thank you team for taking care of Terra, making her feel safe and so loved during the session, especially her groomer, Elise! 🤎 See you guys again!

I’ve been with QZ since she first started Grooming Loft and I can confidently say she’s the best groomer I’ve ever come across. Over the years, QZ has cared for my beloved dogs, including my late daughter and now my two Pomeranians.
What sets QZ apart is her genuine love for animals and her meticulous attention to detail. She always takes the time to ensure that my dogs are comfortable and happy throughout the grooming process. Her expertise and skill are unmatched, she knows exactly how to bring out the best in each dog’s unique features, leaving them looking absolutely adorable every time.
Beyond her professional skill, QZ has built a bond with my dogs that goes beyond just grooming. My dogs trust her completely, which speaks volumes about her gentle and caring nature. She’s also incredibly patient, especially with my younger pups, ensuring the experience is positive and stress-free for them.
I truly appreciate her consistency, dedication, and how she has maintained such high standards since day one. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies. Thank you, QZ, for always going above and beyond!

I was initially a bit nervous about sending my dog to Grooming Loft as he’s usually quite anxious around new people. But the staff there were absolutely amazing with him. They handled him with so much care and patience, and I was really impressed with how they kept me updated throughout the grooming session—it gave me so much peace of mind.
When I went to pick him up, I was honestly shocked (in the best way) at how happy and comfortable he was. He looked adorable, was clearly well taken care of, and even had a cute little bow tie on! He seemed to love the place so much he didn’t even want to leave.
Highly recommend Grooming Loft to any pet owner looking for a professional, caring, and thoughtful groomer. Thank you so much to the whole team!
