Recently moved into The Lofts at Atlantic and we are enjoying the building amenities, high quality staff, killer location, and proximity to so many great restaurants. The leasing team (Aaron & Brooke) were very helpful during our diligence and application process with the Bozzuto Group. The property is first-class and if a central location is of interest you cannot find a better spot. Parking Garage under the building is a huge perk.

We just moved into The Lofts at Atlantic and we couldn't be happier. Beginning with the building staff, Brooke, Aaron and the front desk staff (shout out to Diamond who is so helpful and kind!)everyone makes you feel welcomed and right at home. Any questions we have had have been happily answered by Brooke who has been so helpful right from the start. The apartment with its huge windows, large kitchen, laundry and perfect layout has been a dream.
The convenience of the parking garage is a huge win! The location of the building to the Greenway with our dog has been so nice. Access to 93 North and South is perfect for us and being able to walk to so many areas of the city couldn't be better.
In a nutshell, we love The Lofts and look forward to being in our new place! Thanks so much Brooke, Aaron and Awet in the parking garage. You guys are the best!

Fantastic location that is walking distance from many attractions, South Station, and quick commute to the airport. This is a handsome building that is wonderfully managed, with the best of both worlds: historic charm meets modern amenities you actually want to use (I love the fitness center), along with tall ceilings, bright, spotless spaces, and 24/7 concierge. The people are just as great: quiet and respectful tenants, friendly, extremely responsive and helpful staff. A special shoutout to Aaron and Brooke, who went above and beyond to make my move-in a positive and seamless experience. I feel very fortunate to have found this place; I truly enjoy living here and won't be looking to move anytime soon.
