The Madison Club is hands down the best place to have a wedding! Jillian, Alex, and the entire Madison Club event staff were amazing to work with throughout the planning process. They were all so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I did not have a wedding planner and with their input and day of assistance, I did not feel like I needed one. The team goes above and beyond with day of support and coordination. Our wedding day was truly stress-free and we were able to truly enjoy every second of our day. For added day-of convenience there are so many hotels within walking distance, you can include getting ready rooms with delicious food as part of the package, and the capitol and terrace are nearby for additional photo opportunities.
The planning process includes multiple meetings with the event staff at the club to go over the schedule and event details. If you need help selecting vendors, they provide a list of photographers, florists and DJs familiar covering events at the Madison Club. The food and cake is also through the Madison Club. We had an absolutely wonderful tasting dinner to determine our final menu and wine offerings – doesn’t hurt that you have lake views and a cozy dinning room experience while doing this! The team is also extremely responsive over email and kept meticulous track of all the detail changes leading up to the event.
The cake deserves its own section. The club pastry chef designs the cake! We tried several cake combinations and selected two types to incorporate into a three tier cake. You then provide some photos/inspiration ideas. The cake was STUNNING and I’m so happy I made time to go see it day of before all the guests came down for dinner.
Our guests were wowed by the Madison Club event spaces, food, beverages, and staff. We continue to hear wonderfully feedback from everyone. The wait staff and bartenders deserve a special shout out! Our guests were amazing with the prompt service and amazing drinks.
Words cannot express how thankful we are to everyone at the Madison Club. The helped make our wedding day unforgettable and perfect. If you are searching for a wedding venue in the Madison area, I highly recommend the Madison Club.
Side note – We also love going the club for dinners and drinks, which is an added perk. The chef is amazing and the menu constantly has new variety.
