The Magnolia Hotel is a boutique hotel and very vintage. We loved the vibes at this hotel and the fact that they have the shuttle service is awesome. The only opportunity I saw was the water pressure in the showers were low. Everything else was really good. We had Alyssa help us before we got here and during our stay and let me tell you, she is amazing! Anything we needed or asked she always helped with a smile and sense of urgency. She was friendly about any changes we had and also informed us about important details and offered us the options of having a late check out and the fee it would be. We love when staff is clear about fees. For our driver we mainly had Anne and she is so sweet and funny. She was available quickly and always warmed up the car for us. She drives safely and informed us of some hot spots to visit. Alyssa and Anne made our trip extra awesome & when we visit Omaha again we will definitely be staying here.

We loved our stay at the Magnolia. Not only was it upscale, but the absolute best part was the staff. They made our visit SO MUCH more fun. Izzy in particular was always fun to talk to, gave us great recommendations and just had the most upbeat attitude about everything. Rooms were clean, beautiful curtains, the beds SUPER comfortable, accommodating staff to the max. Thanks for a great stay!!

Sam was the best! We haven’t had service this excellent since staying at a 5 star hotel out of the country. Food and drinks were amazing too. Sam will give you the best tips and make your meal a memorable one. So nice & he had great local tips for us out of towners as well. Highly recommend the filet and salmon powerhouse salad, plus the smoked old fashioned. Can’t wait to return 🙂 Ambience was fantastic as well. Classy and romantic. Hotel is a registered National Historic Landmark. Definitely recommend coming by.
