I just went there to see the performance of Billy Elliot. That performance was absolutely amazing. The hole cast was brilliant. The set design was absolutely fantastic. The theater itself was very comfortable and I love the intimate atmosphere because of its size. I was absolutely Blown Away. It was far better than I thought it would be. I will absolutely be going back to the Ocean State Theatre. I went there with my mother and funny enough we both agreed that this performance was actually better then Wicked. Of course that was just our opinion. Thank you for an excellent evening.

Drove from Amherst MA to Warwick RI to see the matinee performance of Les Mis on October 5, 2013. It was fabulous. My husband and I were very impressed with the overall quality of the show: the live music, the quality of all the voices, the acting, the direction and the choreographic quality of the action scenes.

My wife and I, last minute, decided to see "The King and I" at Ocean State Theatre. What a treat! Everything about the production is outstanding. The acting is first rate, the set and custumes magnificent. We were familar with the musical score but the voices were amazing. We felt we saw something 'very special', and didnt want it to end. This is the second production we have seen at Ocean State, and we are awed that you can see Broadway caliber productions in Warwick. This is a first rate production.
