We had our reception at The Olmsted and I cannot say enough good things! Claire and Sueanna were so accommodating in answering my 5 billion questions, and were so great to work with! The reception was well organized and the staff was so attentive! Everything was BEAUTIFUL and was run so smoothly! We had a plated meal and everything came out correctly and hot… my guests raved about the food and service! 120% would recommend!

I can’t say enough amazing things about the Olmsted. Claire worked with me from day one (we booked 16 months in advance) and answered any questions I had quickly and throughly. I felt like everything was addressed well in advance and was properly communicated to the team on our big day. We chose a plated meal and they came out quickly and were all hot. The food was delicious and the bartenders accommodated signature drinks, which I loved! The space is beautiful and the team does an amazing job assisting throughout the day/night. Choosing the Olmsted as our venue was the best decision we could have made and I’m so grateful they gave me the day of my dreams!

My husband I had our wedding here in October and we can not express how wonderful Claire, Sueanna, and the entire staff were throughout the entire process. Claire was super accommodating to all of our requests and always answered my (many) questions the following business day, if not the same day. On our wedding night, the staff went above and beyond to make our entire vision come to life. My guests could not believe how beautiful and put together everything looked. Claire and Sueanna worked with my wedding planner to make sure everything ran smoothly the entire night.. and it did! We had about 275 guests who got plated meals. All meals were served quickly and hot. The guest LOVED the food! While I am talking about the food, I guess I should mention the alcohol… The owners we came in second (in all history) of the most drinks served per event. And they didn't run out!!! Which was a huge concern of ours as we have been to many weddings that run out of liquor and beer. Our guests were so impressed with everything…. now my best friend has booked her wedding for the Olmsted for 2025 because of how great everything was! We love you Claire and Sueanna!!!
