My boyfriend and I came here on our anniversary and the whole experience was lovely! Cherry helped us check in, she noticed we are members and checked to see if she was able to upgrade our room as a gift. She was super sweet and helpful the whole time we stayed. We dined at J Gilbert’s restaurant (attached to the hotel). The location of the hotel is very convenient. You’re right in the downtown area, everything is walking distance, many great restaurants and bars to go in the area. We went to the hotel bar and the bartenders were great as well! The views from the room are nice, you get a good look of downtown Omaha. We definitely plan on staying here again!

My recent stay and ease of using the business lounge was top-notch. I needed to make a quick work deadline and having use of the space that was quiet, had ample room to spread out and plug in my laptop was wonderful. The atmosphere was inviting and conducive to getting everything done in time. Drinks and snacks in the lounge were a welcoming touch!

Solid hotel. Really nice buildout with an excellent restaurant and lounge area. Great location with the capitol district being located out the back door with 2 arenas and many restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks. The staff was friendly, check in was easy, and the digital key option worked. The room was adequate and comfortable with a nice view of the River. The room was relatively quiet. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked extremely well and the shower water was hot with good pressure. The valet parking with on the high side at $32, but there was almost no wait on retrieval. I am not a fan of the scent of the bath products, but that is just my personal preference. I would stay here again.
