Our experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Chris the bellman warmly welcomed my family and quickly took care of our luggage while we valet parked. Inside, check-in was seamless, and my two kids were thrilled to receive welcome bags.
When we got to our room, our luggage was already waiting, and the TV was thoughtfully set to the Cowboys game—a great attention to detail that I loved. We later spent time enjoying the pool and relaxing in the hot tub.
Dinner that evening was wonderful with beautiful bay-view dining. I had the flounder while my wife enjoyed the salmon—both dishes were absolutely delicious.
Overall, everything from the service to the atmosphere made our stay truly memorable.

Amazing towels, I mean phenomenal. Worth it just for that! A nice little gym, replete with several cardio and weight machines, towels and filtered water. A great bar and a couple restaurants. The pool was clean and nicely designed. Just a jump from the beach and all the restaurants. What makes this hotel really special is the staff. Especially the cleaning services, the staff is exceptional and they go above and beyond. The managers and the front desk staff are also lovely. Highly recommend.

I spent a week here for a convention. Aside from the minor inconvenience of the escalator being out, this place was terrific!
My room was clean and very comfortable and well tended to all week. Parking was easy and secure (I self-parked all week in the attached parking structure). The meeting rooms were ample, spacious, and clean.
But, the absolute BEST part of the whole experience was eating at Switchgrass Landing, the hotel's in-house casual dining offering. I had breakfast here every morning of my stay, and every time, my expectations were exceeded. The food was great. The service was exceptional! They have a gem of a server named Maria. After the first morning, she greeted me by name and knew my drink order, and engaged in personalized professional conversation. She was a delightful way to start the day. I hope they keep her around for a long while!
