I was in town for a wedding. OMG this hotel is amazing. Food was so delicious and the hotel itself is just pretty. It is close to the Galleria mall and we had so much fun. As a guest you still have to pay for parking. Ugh!! I will go back cuz it is nice enough and worthy. The staff are so friendly.

We stayed at the Omni Hotel Houston while in town to celebrate my mother-in-law's home going and the kindness we received meant so much. The rooms were restful, the space was comfortable, and the inviting lobby made it easy for our family to relax together between services. The team went out of their way to offer us complimentary snacks for our drive home after hearing why we were visiting—such a thoughtful gesture that we’ll never forget. Heartfelt thanks to Yanira – dinner hostess, Pinar – server, Amir – bellman, Paul in valet, Carlos & Herbert at The Reserve Bar. Five stars without hesitation for the comfort, care, and warmth shown to us during a difficult time.

Lovely hotel with spacious well appointed rooms excellent service great location. You do have to [pay for parking but they have a shuttle for 3 miles. We didn't use the restaurant at all. The ; lobby os modern and clean. We will come again.
