We were only there for an overnight, but other than one major issue everything was absolutely perfect. Their great location puts you in walking distance to the best of Shockoe Slip, with valet parking so no city parking worries. The room was lovely, the restaurant great and the staff was fabulous everywhere. Unfortunately next morning we discovered little to no water pressure, and the shower wasn't usable. We had to leave early, so we packed up and discussed this with the desk. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional, and offered to send an engineer or move us which wasn't an option. We will definitely give the hotel another try on our next visit.

Everytime I come here the service has always been so great! The front desk assistant Vianey has been so welcoming and attentive. When our lamp was acting funny, she had maintenance take care of jt right away and left a nice note as well! The team here seems to go above and beyond! Keep up the great work!

Staying at the Omni Richmond was a highlight. The lobby is stunning — full of natural light, greenery, and that elegant black-and-white checkered floor. The staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and the whole atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming.
The rooms are beautifully maintained and stocked with quality Nest shampoo, body wash, and lotion — such a nice touch that really adds to the luxury feel.
