This is a beautiful hotel with employees that are attentive and friendly to the guest.

I want to sincerely thank all of you for helping me celebrate my birthday during my stay; Eva Michels, Concierge, Alex in LP, Lacey, Front Desk and Ayi, Marquee Lounge, your kindness, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made my day truly unforgettable. From the thoughtful touches in my room to the friendly smiles and well wishes from the staff, I felt genuinely cared for and celebrated.

We originally visited the Omni to celebrate our son’s birthday, excited to enjoy the beautiful gardens, kids’ area, and on-site restaurants. While there was a special event happening during our first stay that limited access to many of the spaces we’d been looking forward to, the staff still made a sweet effort to make the occasion special by surprising us with chocolate-covered strawberries and balloons in our room — such a thoughtful gesture! We also really enjoyed the pool during that visit.

Afterward, I reached out to share our experience, and John, the manager, along with his wonderful support staff, went above and beyond to make things right. When we returned for another stay, John kindly upgraded our room to a beautiful suite with a garden view, which made the whole experience feel extra special and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests.

During this second visit, we finally got to experience the gardens and children’s area we’d been so excited about, and both were absolutely beautiful. The hotel’s location is also perfect — close to the park and so many nearby attractions. Our late-night bites, drinks, and room service were fabulous, though breakfast at the restaurant didn’t wow us quite as much as we’d hoped.

Thanks to John and the team, what started as a somewhat disappointing first visit turned into a truly memorable experience. We’re looking forward to coming back and creating many more family memories here!

Okay. If the staff were just normal and just did their jobs and didn’t go above and beyond, I’d of gave this place 1/2 star. But they were awesome! From the moment we checked in. Our kids loved it. Never saw a hotel with a kid zone. Pool was awesome.

BUT hotel would’ve been the best I ever visited had the rooms been better. And I think they should put equal effort in cleanliness as customer service.

Our room had a musty (possibly mold) smell and other guest mentioned the same issue in the elevator. Someone came up a to a manager while we spoke with them to show bug bites all on their arms. Our toilet was hissing the entire stay. Ice bucket had stains and a some items in the bathroom had old toothpaste on it 🤢.

I know it’s an older hotel, but it’s beautiful. Rooms just need more attention.
