I absolutely loved living at Modera! The management team, Yilian and Jeremy, were outstanding, always professional, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond whenever I needed assistance. The leasing consultant, Homero, was extremely helpful and kind from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
The staff consistently does an amazing job keeping this beautiful building clean and well-maintained. I really appreciate how involved management is in setting clear expectations to ensure the community stays safe, welcoming, and livable.
I only moved due to an out-of-state relocation, but if I ever return, Modera will be my first choice without hesitation. This community truly sets the standard for exceptional living and service!

I’ve enjoyed my time at Modera Creative Village. Friendly residents and management, really nice location and views, and they put on fun events for everyone. They had hot cocoa this week and waffles last week, and are hosting a thanksgiving party next week too!

Chris is an excellent leasing agent! He made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and truly welcoming. From the first tour to move-in, he was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to answer every question. He really made the apartment feel like home from the start. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a place here!
