Everything about this hotel is great. Let me start out that when we got here there was an issue with the booking company not paying. However Kizzy, Tina and a gentleman who's name I did not get where all amazing. They helped out immensely to make sure that we got checked in on time. In fact a bit early. Which was important cuz we had timed plans. The rooms were super clean and spacious, even the AC filters were practically new. We had a great night sleep and a great shower in the morning. For the trouble, that wasn't even their fault, they allowed us to check out at 12 rather than 11. The location is perfect as well. I will definitely be staying here again. Kizzy, Tina, and the gentleman who's name I did not get. Thank you so much you guys are amazing.

My family and I booked this resort for a Columbus Day long weekend trip. We had the family room with a king bed with bunk beds. This room was absolutely perfect for our family. We traveled with my husband and our two teenage girls. The bunks are in their own little area. The only thing I could suggest is an overhead light or lamp of some sort for the bunk area. There was ample storage and plenty of space. Also- they only cchange out towels and trash every third day. If you find yourself need anything, the front desk is super accommodating. The hotel is just under a mile to the entrance of universal studios and island of adventure. We found it very inexpensive to uber from the park to the hotel – saved a bunch on parking at the parks. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the shower rainfall and handheld. The hotel isnt big which is nice because it was quiet. The whole hotel and parking lot were clean. Staff was helpful when we asked questions. AC worked great. Only down side is the pool is small and not heated. Otherwise we liked it and would recommend staying here.
