Our wedding was absolutely beautiful – more than we were anticipating despite seeing the spaces multiple times. The food and service were top notch. The communication with our coordinator, Nataly, was quick, efficient, and clear. She helped run the night so smoothly and without any hiccups. Even so, at any point of the evening, she was responsive to whatever needed to be done or had to be changed/updated last minute. She was a pleasure to work with and the hotel was otherwise spectacular and clean. Given the rising costs of weddings, particularly in South Beach, we felt this was a extraordinary value for how everything turned out. Extremely pleased with everything.

Loved this place. Have stayed in numerous Miami Beach hotels and this has been my favorite. Felt like a five star hotel experience. Fluffy pillows, slippers and robes. Toilet room separate from shower. Pool was very nice and clean. Beautiful botanicals.

Close to all the things but what sets this place apart is the service. Everyone I met from the time I made my reservation with Jonathan, to when I stepped foot on property and until I left, had a smile and a warm greeting.

We arrived early and a room was not ready, but Melinda was able to get us into the system so we could use the amenities.

Jorge greeted us by the pool and ensured we had everything we needed….. from towels to snacks to drinks, he was always around and ready to assist.

When our.room was ready, we went upstairs and the bell hop delivered our luggage. The room was spacious and inviting. I really like how the water closet was separate from the shower area. Very helpful when you have a lady trying to do hair and make-up and you dont have to interrupt that process. Beds were like big comfy pillows and the view of the beach was just serene.

We ate dinner at rhe restaurant onsite and once again, the service was top notch. We were greeted by the Director of the food and bev department who assured me that we were in good hands. Neomi tested us at our table and we were promptly greeted by Lilia our waitress. She informed us of the specials and gave us her take on some other menu items. The food was phenomenal, to the point I would eat here even if I was not staying in property.

Followed up dinner with a couple drinks at the bar to relax after a busy week of traveling where Vele and Ricardo greeted me. Their smiles were welcoming and we had some good conversations about local events. The atmosphere was relaxing and chill. Noemi even stopped back by to check and see how everything was going since she remembered me from dinner.

I ended up being solo for breakfast the next morning, where Leo gave me his undecided attention. He ensured my juice and coffee was fresh and filled at all times. The buffet was great with so many choices….. bring your appetite.

Followed up breakfast with a couple massages which were very relaxing. We did not get their names but I can promise you, younwill be im good hands with whomever you may receive.

I look forward to booking my next trip to Sputh Beach and enjoying this wonderful property. Until next time.
