First time here; I was impressed. It was clean! Only two people asked me for money! Elevator worked and didn’t make weird noises going up and down.
Food court is nice with plenty of options and even some around the mall.

La Palmera Mall is a fantastic retail destination- clean, well-organized, and home to a solid mix of stores from national brands to local boutiques. I found everything I was looking for without feeling overwhelmed, and the layout makes it easy to navigate.
The food court offers a nice variety of dining options, perfect for shoppers wanting a quick bite or a sit-down meal. I also appreciate the comfortable seating areas and family-friendly spaces.
A few small areas could use a refresh-some of the restrooms were beginning to show wear, and I noticed a few stores looking a bit dated. But overall, the mall feels safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
If you're in Corpus Christi and want a convenient, all-in-one shopping trip, La Palmera is a solid choice. Minor updates would take it from great to perfect!

If you travel a lot you might see that many Malls are not doing very well. This is not the case in many Texas cities and definitely not the case here in Corpus. This mall is almost fully leased out with top stores and great food court.
