We had a great stay here, staff are very kind and accommodating. Large and beautiful lobby with nice Christmas decorations and nice Christmas music playing on the piano. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The bar has a good selection of drinks and cocktails, but the AC was a little too cold. Their morning breakfast also has a good selection of food, the taho and the calamansi muffin in particular were very good. You can also order your own custom fruit juice at the juice bar. The hotel is within walking distance to several malls for shopping and restaurants. The nearby Uniqlo flagship store is within walking distance as well.

My mother and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Peninsula Manila during our visit. We travel frequently around the world and return to the Philippines every year, and I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

The hospitality across the entire property was exceptional—warm, attentive, and truly memorable. A special thank you to Ms. Gabrielle from Reservations and Mr. Latrell from Concierge for their kindness, efficiency, and outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and comfortable.

We are already looking forward to returning next year and will definitely make The Peninsula Manila our annual stay whenever we visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff – JM & Princess at the reception desk, Ben from the Lobby restaurant & housekeeping personnel – were all amazing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The peace of mind of having a fully equipped gym with 24/7 access was my favorite part of the stay… + the short rib @ Spices!
