The hotel room and amenities scream old. It wasn’t properly maintained. The bed sheets are a but itchy however, with the right maintenance and probably repainting, this hotel still have its potential. The customer service though was really excellent. The staff were really kind, accomodating and efficient. They attended to all my concerns right away. Honestly, the staff (and I mean everyone) deserve a raise.
