Their is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, the rooms were great, the only thing is it's facilities are lacking. However, to be fair, there is a breakfast/coffee place on the ground level that is part of the hotel. Reasonable breakfast available, the fresh baked pastries were good. The coffee and fruit shakes were good, too.

Booked a room at Plaza Hotel Balanga for my friend's special day! 🎉 The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. They were upgraded to Presidential Suite, which was a lovely surprise. 🥰

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for the wedding celebration.

The hotel's facilities and services were top-notch, and the location was convenient because the Hotel is in Central Location and in front of St. Joseph Cathedral.
I loved the attention to detail and the warm hospitality.

Big thanks to the team for making my friend's wedding day even more special. 🙏 Highly recommend Plaza Hotel Balanga for any occasion! 👍

It is the best hotel you can get from this town. Please take note, follow ivan the traveler for more hotel reviews!

Room Type: Executive Queen, room 501, plaza front view.

Pros:
1. I’ll give the bed 4.5 something is good in their bed, I just don’t know how to explain it.
2. The room is spacious a little struggle on the toilet though as the door blocks it when going in the bathroom.
3. Air-condition has the right amount of pressure or vent in it.
4. Some hotels have bed bugs, not this one, old design but clean!
5. I like sleeping in a dark room, subtle light, it provided that need!
6. Wifi signal is stable. They have each in floor.
7. Breakfast is above average, I’ve tried their chicken adobo, I’ll give it a 7!
8. Near the mall and the center of town!

Cons:
1. Some outlet covers are exposed.
2. Noise number 1. The Church bell is loud! Stars at 5am I think, this disturbed my sleep!
3. Noisy number 2, Zumba, After the church bell finishes, zumba music can be heard from the plaza as old people exercise in the plaza!
4. The lighting control in the room is bad, some of the maps needed to be disconnected to turn of and some has switches in the wire which you’d need effort to reach.
5. My room card key is broken, they weren’t able to fix it but gave me the staff white admin key instead.
6. My room had a great view of the Plaza!

Memorable in this hotel: Bed is Awesome! Not to soft not to hard, it felt light it had just the right amount to make you sleep and fix your posture!
