I am finishing up my stay here and it’s been overall very nice.
Initially, there was an issue with getting an accessible room. However, the manager was super helpful in remedying everything.
Dan, the bartender, was great and responsive. However, the best part of my bar experience was the Peach Cobbler Pie drink! It was absolutely delicious (though definitely a sipping drink😉).

Amazing Service from Kalie at the Front Desk!
I arrived early at the hotel around 9 AM on September 26 and was greeted by Kalie, who was incredibly friendly and professional. She let me leave my luggage, explained my options for early check-in, and was upfront about the fees and the fact that my specific room type wasn’t ready yet.
When I checked back around noon, my room still wasn’t available, but Kalie went out of her way to find me and offered an upgraded corner suite at the same rate, just with the early check-in fee. That really made my day! I was waiting for my family to finish work, and being able to settle into a room made a big difference.
Kalie’s customer service was top-notch — she was proactive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Kalie, for turning a long travel morning into such a smooth and pleasant experience!

Dear Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel Staff,
Thank you so much for a home away from home stay. The entire staff was unbelievable. The Welcome Reception was so delightful and the service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We truly enjoyed talking to you Mr. Jules and we thank you for your wonderful hospitality! Thank you Mrs. Lily for your wonderful service. I truly appreciate you too Mr. Mike D Bartender (and your coworker that waited with me until you came back to me) for going above and beyond for me during our DELICIOUS MEXICAN LUNCH! Last but not least, Mrs. Linela, the room was very clean, stocked, and extremely comfortable. The front desk ladies also were so friendly when we checked in, and early this morning, leaving our group with nothing but EXCELLENT things to say. Guest Services, SUPERB! We will never forget this MAGNIFICENT visit to ARIZONA from MISSISSIPPI.
