The service is like no other. During a conversation we disclosed we were in town for a wedding. We also had our leftover cheese steaks in our hands. This prompted the question of "do you need a steamer and microwave?" And within no time both items were delivered to our room. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and had everything we could want. The coffee bar was my favorite

I had such a wonderful stay at The Rittenhouse Hotel, and I want to especially recognize Shamus, the valet driver. He went above and beyond to make my night out stress-free and safe. After a fun evening, he personally wheeled me all the way to my room—inside the room, not just to the door (per my request) —and made sure both my partner and I were comfortable.

Shamus was consistently welcoming, always greeted us warmly, offered us water, and truly made us feel cared for. Most importantly, he looked out for my well-being in a way that made all the difference—he genuinely made sure I was okay, which speaks volumes about his character and professionalism.

The Rittenhouse is already a beautiful hotel, but staff like Shamus are what make the experience unforgettable. He deserves a raise for the way he treats guests with kindness and care.

Absolutely beautiful stay! The room was stunning, and the lobby area was so inviting—with gorgeous greenery, calming tea service, and a lovely view of the park. The sauna made the experience feel extra luxurious. I even spotted a celebrity while grabbing my morning tea! We accidentally left my nephew’s blanket behind, and the staff went out of their way to locate it and return it to us. Truly wonderful service from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again!
