An issue with our room lock was handled and Damir upgraded me to an amazing suite that was far beyond my expectations.
This proactive and generous solution is the mark of a world-class hotel.

Every aspect of this hotel is top tier. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are literally like clouds…had a phenomenal sleep after a late night out on the town. But most importantly, the service is impeccable. Special shoutout to Moe I. from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to make us feel special on our celebratory weekend staying at the Ritz. It is people like her who represent the Ritz standard and what sets their properties apart from the others. Additionally, the front desk agent who had checked us in, was extremely warm and personable and just set the mood in the right direction for our stay. We really appreciate her. Lastly I don’t want to forget the hardworking housekeeping staff for keeping our room spotless and for their attention to detail – they went so far as to fill up our ice buckets whenever they were running low, to ensure our champagne always stayed cold. Thank you Ritz Carlton West End for the phenomenal experience. We will be back!

I actually didn't stay here but am totally down to consider it the next time I travel. I went to a conference here and here are my perceptions:
1) Top notch service. The wait-staff and cleaning personnel were very professional, helpful, and pleasant.
2) The in-house bakery was amazing! I called the Ritz-Carlton afterwards to ask about where I could purchase their pastries. I have NEVER had such fantastic muffins! I don't normally care much for muffins. But these muffins were other worldly! In over 60 years I have only found one muffin in the competition. Sorry Mom, although your blueberry muffins destroyed every other muffin I've had, their muffins top even yours! Oh, and their sandwiches were also incredible!
3) The venue was very classy.
