Should be a 5-star hotel.
Stayed here one night for work. Was upgraded proactively to the nicest suite on the highest floor. Globalist breakfast was an unheard of 60 dollar credit at an excellent restaurant. Rooftop bar was classy. Location was quiet but easy to get around. Service was also excellent. I honestly hope I get to come back there, as I only left because it was sold out for the two more nights I was in town.

The hotel was great. I had a wonderful check-in experience, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the room service was fast enough and good food, and the rooftop bar was a nice experience.
Two things that weren’t great…
1. Too much light came through around the curtains (I like a hotel room to be dark)
2. There is a $5 delivery fee, a 15% gratuity, AND a 5% service charge on room service. Why not add on a plate cleaning fee too?
The parking was $65 valet. I used spot hero and found a place in a garage 2 min away for $40. A 2 min walk each way was worth $25 per night.

Great service and high quality amenities and extremely comfortable accommodations. Convenient to downtown venues and Broadway. Very good restaurant onsite (Marsh House) and rooftop bar (LA Jackson). Only minor complaint is that the ice came in bags and the cubes were often frozen into a block and difficult to break up. Trivial in the scheme of things as we really enjoyed our stay.
