Very friendly and professional staff from the bellman to the check-in counter to the servers at the restaurant. Really delicious breakfast buffet and dinner restaurant. Our room had a fabulous view. Beds were super comfortable. highly recommend.

Great hotel right in the heart of San Francisco! Great area, super walkable. The staff are extremely polite and will help you with any of your needs. The view of exceptional. Tariq Al-Shadafan is a great Manager! Very friendly! The bellmen are very friendly and will always make sure to help you out. I had flowers delivered to the hotel and they brought it up to my room.

I stayed here for a work conference and had a wonderful experience. The location is great, rooms are clean, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional. From baggage check and the front door team, to lobby and guest service attendants (special thanks to Betty!), bar staff, and room service.

I especially want to highlight Randall and the Engineering team. On my last day I accidentally locked myself out of my suitcase. Betty was so patient and thoughtful when I called, and she quickly arranged for the Engineering team to help. A kind staff member tried first, then brought Randall, who was amazing! So patient, friendly, and determined to solve the problem. Not only did he get the suitcase open, but he came back to make sure it was fully working before I left. That level of care and service was above and beyond. I was blown away and am so grateful.

Highly recommend this hotel for both a comfortable stay and nice service!
